
The Real Me
Hello! My name is Emma and I have committed my life to personal growth and various ways of healing. I use what I have learned along the way and combine aspects of Nutrition, Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Coaching to help my clients. The truth is that I have been through a lot. I have been laid off. I have burnt out from corporate stress. I have quit smoking. I have been held back by limiting beliefs. I have hated dating/had my heart broken. I have even had my entire life ripped from me with 24 hours notice.
I use these experiences and my unique approach to coach individuals through weight loss, big career decisions, sexual trauma, dating/relationships and kicking unwanted habits. I am my clients' guide on the side and their biggest cheerleader, so they can experience ultimate wellness in their lives.
What makes my coaching different is that I use science and spirituality to gain ultimate wellness. Let me read your blood charts and take you grocery shopping to optimize your body, while coaching you with brain training to optimize your subconcious mind.
My list of more "official" qualifications include: Certified Functional Nutritionist, Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Timeline Practitioner, Certified Coach, Dance Teacher for 8 years, academic degrees in psychology, neuroscience and business, published academic research on happiness, Reiki Practitioner, lived in 3 different countries and spent 8 years in hyper-growth tech as a recruiter/career coach.

What is Coaching anyways?
A lot of people ask me 'I already have a therapist, so why do I need a coach?' As one of my idols, Rich Litvin said, "Therapy is about the past and coaching is about designing your ideal future." This is absolutely true, and the only thing I will add is that because my coaching methods are based in optimizing your subconcious with Neuroscience, my coaching isn't just about designing your ideal future. It's about making that ideal future come easily and effortlessly like a knee jerk reaction.
